Overview

The Strategic Operations Lead will provide critical operational leadership and support to the Senior Leader, Integration and Operations at Risant Health, overseeing day-to-day operations while supporting strategic planning and business performance tracking.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare operations.
• Experience translating strategy into actionable plans.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Familiarity with health plan or provider functions preferred.
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
