Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Health Economics, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare analytics.
• Experience with claims and unstructured data sources.
• Proficiency in cloud-based data ecosystems (Azure Synapse, Databricks).
• Ability to create high-impact visual summaries in Power BI.
• Understanding of healthcare payment models and metrics.
• Familiarity with agile analytic delivery methods.
• Familiarity with AI-augmented analytics tools.
