Data Product Manager, Healthcare - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Data Product Manager to join our Value-Based Platform (VBP) team. This critical role drives outcomes for the VBP by defining, tracking, and optimizing product value to consumers, clinicians, health systems and health plans.

In Short

• Contribute to development of vision, strategy and roadmap for Insights and Analytics discipline.
• Help define and evolve the strategy for internal data tools, services and infrastructure.
• Engage with product, clinical and engineering teams to understand healthcare data usage.
• Translate user needs into clear data product requirements.
• Develop metrics, datasets, APIs, and reports to accelerate product development.
• Drive adoption by enhancing data tools' intuitiveness and reliability.
• Monitor KPIs to optimize product performance and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and align on plans.
• Identify and escalate risks in product development and market adoption.
• Support continuous improvement through feedback loops.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience as a Data Product Manager or similar role.
• Expertise in analyzing large data sets and using data platforms/tools.
• Experience with statistical and machine learning models.
• Knowledge of healthcare data sources and compliance standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
