Financial Planning and Analytics (FP&A) Lead - Remote

Overview

The FP&A Lead is a key member of the Risant Health Financial Planning and Analysis team and plays a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.

In Short

• Lead the annual budgeting process.
• Model and forecast quarterly financial performance.
• Develop consolidated capital and long-range plans.
• Prepare and analyze management reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum eight years of FP&A experience.
• Three years of experience in non-profit hospital financial operations.
• Three years partnering with senior leadership.
• Three years directing junior analysts.
• Financial Planning and Analysis certification preferred.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Two years of project management experience preferred.
• Four years of advanced Excel experience preferred.
• Experience with financial systems or BI tools preferred.
