Lead Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis - Remote

Overview

As a Lead Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis at ReSource Pro, you will be responsible for supporting the budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for ReSource Pro's onshore revenue-generating and corporate overhead departments.

In Short

• Execute month-end and quarter-end variance analysis for onshore revenue-generating and corporate departments.
• Support key financial insights and analytics for the business.
• Coordinate with FP&A teams in China and India.
• Identify issues with department spending.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team for accurate reporting.
• Assist in developing finance and business presentations.
• Support preparation of five-year financial projections.
• Manage staffing information for onshore departments.
• Act as the primary finance business partner for budget owners.
• Identify areas of improvement in the finance function.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4-7 years' experience in corporate financial planning and analysis.
• Experience in a multi-national, global business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Practical experience in management studies and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Highly motivated and innovative.
