Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst will conduct financial analyses and assist in the organization's financial planning by developing and preparing financial plans and budgets.

• Conducts financial analyses and researches economic progressions.
• Develops and prepares financial plans and budgets.
• Interprets financial reports and builds relationships with various teams.
• Prepares, finalizes, and presents reports for financial follow-up.
• Analyzes monthly accounting close and provides commentary for variances.
• Participates in forecast processes and budget activities.
• Reviews analyses of business initiatives and operational effectiveness.
• Requires a university degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or similar fields.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Essbase, and Hyperion.

Requirements

• University degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, project accounting, or auditing.
• Understanding of accounting and controlling methods.
• Proven financial knowledge including revenue, cost, and cash flow effects.
• Excellent language skills in written and spoken English.
• Experience in the financial or IT sector is a merit.
