Financial Planning Analyst (FP&A) - Remote

Overview

The Financial Planning Analyst provides support to the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis in driving enhancements to financial models for monthly forecasting, reporting, and business planning. This position plays a key role in delivering insightful, timely, and accurate reports and analyses to the Executive team, helping to shape strategic decisions and business growth.

In Short

• Lead the annual Business Plan and Forecast process for MMNA Sales Division.
• Monitor performance against budgets and develop accurate forecasts.
• Collaborate on executive presentations and prepare monthly results.
• Oversee fleet performance metrics and conduct detailed analysis.
• Analyze P&L impacts for various volume scenarios.
• Prepare detailed P&L by model and IRS Advance Pricing Agreement.
• Perform strategic financial analysis for Fleet Department proposals.
• Calculate Employee/Affiliate lease and mileage rates.
• Support procurement functions and conduct financial analysis.
• Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis as required.

Requirements

• 4+ years of corporate financial analysis experience.
• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or related field is required.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP finance system a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple priorities and execute to deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
