Overview

The Regional Leasing Consultant is responsible for managing prospect leads, conducting virtual property tours, and achieving leasing targets. They prioritize tasks using CRM software, build rapport with prospects, convert appointments to tours, and ensure a seamless experience with on-site associates.

Requirements

• 1-2 years related experience or equivalent education.
• Experience in multifamily environment or property management operations.
• Knowledge of Funnel CRM preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
