In Short

• Partner with mid- to large-scale organizations to design custom learning strategies.
• Conduct needs analysis using surveys and client meetings.
• Translate insights into SMART goals and measurable success criteria.
• Identify root causes of learning challenges and propose actionable plans.
• Curate learning programs from Go1’s library to align with client goals.
• Develop knowledge of the Go1 library and its content partners.
• Design tailored learning paths for various proficiency levels.
• Work closely with Customer Success Managers to enhance client relationships.
• Collaborate with sales teams to convert prospects into clients.
• Deliver content within agreed timelines while meeting quality benchmarks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development.
• Proven experience designing and delivering learning programs for adult audiences.
• Ability to translate stakeholder insights into measurable initiatives.
• Familiarity with compliance-driven content.
• Strong communication skills for follow-ups and documentation.
• Proficient in using Excel and virtual meeting tools.
• Comfortable with asynchronous communication across time zones.
• Open to occasional adjusted work hours for client needs.
• Curious about exploring AI tools for workflow improvement.
• Strong writing skills for client-facing documentation.
