Overview

The Property Support Associate – Payment Support is responsible for handling payment processing and resident inquiries for multiple properties, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with company policies.

In Short

  • Remote position with responsibilities in payment processing and financial audits.
  • Respond to resident and property employee queries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Coordinate and process tasks in compliance with local regulations.
  • Expert in property management responsibilities and financial analysis.
  • Manage ledger adjustments and payment-related support tickets.
  • Build relationships with residents and property associates.
  • Identify residents' needs and collaborate with the property team.
  • Contribute to departmental improvements and maintain KPIs.
  • Assist with Delinquency Support Associate responsibilities as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of related experience in property management/customer service.
  • Experience in real estate and knowledge of YARDI and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong administrative, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of database concepts and resident ledgers.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with multi-family software solutions.
  • Compassion for the end-user experience.
  • Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of human behavior.
