Overview

The Property Support Associate (PSA) fulfills specific administrative responsibilities for individual Windsor Communities, managing application processing, lease administration, and resident inquiries while working remotely.

In Short

  • Manage application and lease administration processes for multiple properties.
  • Respond to resident and property employee queries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Coordinate and process tasks and requests in compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Build operational relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Identify and resolve resident needs or challenges.
  • Contribute to improvements in administrative task processes.
  • Maintain established Key Performance Indicators for response time and accuracy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years related experience in property management or customer service.
  • Experience in real estate or property management operations preferred.
