Overview

The Property Associate (PA) is an Administrative Support role within a property management team, providing direct administrative support to Managers and handling various tasks related to property management operations.

In Short

  • Provide administrative support to property management team.
  • Manage Certificates of Insurance (COI) for tenants and contractors.
  • Ensure proper filing of property documents.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Provide customer service to tenants and clients.
  • Assist with budget preparation.
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs.
  • Review and update Tenant Handbook.
  • Maintain contact lists for tenants and contractors.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in property management support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Experience with Yardi and accounts payable/receivable preferred.
  • Willingness to learn new software applications.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
