Overview

The Property Associate (PA) ensures organizational excellence by fulfilling administrative functions on the property team responsible for one or multiple buildings, providing accounting support, and maintaining positive relations between tenants and clients.

In Short

  • Ensure organizational excellence in property management.
  • Provide administrative support to the property team.
  • Process accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R).
  • Track administrative expenses and identify cost reductions.
  • Coordinate document management and lease execution.
  • Maintain office organization and correspondence.
  • Support compliance with management audits.
  • Assist in new tenant orientation and move-in/out procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with tenants and contractors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in commercial real estate or office management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
  • Self-starter with teamwork capability.
  • Ability to calculate figures and percentages.
  • Comfortable with change and uncertainty.
  • Flexible work hours may be required.
