As an Associate Property Manager at JLL, you will support the management of industrial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and effective property operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial property management.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Yardi.
• Experience with contract management and tenant interaction.
• California Real Estate License required within 6 months.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and able to anticipate administrative needs.
