Associate Product Manager - Remote

Overview

The Associate Product Manager at Coinbase will work closely with various teams to synthesize product vision into technical decisions, focusing on delivering value through new product interfaces for internal users.

• Understand product vision and prioritize feature roadmap.
• Develop user personas and define use cases.
• Build and maintain the product backlog.
• Support backlog grooming and planning sessions.
• Ensure refined backlog for Engineering teams.
• Define and analyze metrics and KPIs.

• Support User Acceptance Testing and release sign-off.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 1 year of Product Management experience preferred.
• Experience with complex technical challenges.
• Background in Agile environments and using Jira.
• Understanding of backend API infrastructure.
• Experience with data analysis for product decisions.
• Strong prioritization and communication skills.
