In Short

• Partner closely with the CMO to design and execute strategic projects that advance clinical strategy and business growth.
• Own delivery of multiple high-visibility, complex initiatives ensuring exceptional quality output and on-time delivery.
• Develop strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Create compelling presentations and deliverables for leadership teams.
• Design and monitor KPI frameworks, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in strategic operations, program management, or management consulting.
• Experience in healthcare or digital health preferred, with understanding of clinical operations.
• Exceptional analytical and business development skills.
• Strong track record of leading successful strategic initiatives.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• A vision for what healthcare can and should be.
