As we expand our wholesale presence across the EU, we are seeking a Director, EU Sales & Business Development to lead our retail strategy across the region and establish WHOOP as the leading brand in performance wearable technology.

In Short

  • Develop and execute the retail expansion strategy across the EU.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and onboarding.
  • Establish a multi-year pipeline of high-impact partners.
  • Serve as the lead relationship manager for all EU wholesale accounts.
  • Build joint business plans with retail partners.
  • Partner cross-functionally with various departments.
  • Provide regular performance updates to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with EU regulations and WHOOP policies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in wholesale sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of launching brands across European markets.
  • Strong network of retail and distribution contacts within the EU.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong commercial instincts and experience with forecasts.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel 20–30% of the time across the EU.
  • Passion for fitness and health.
  • Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
