WHOOP is seeking an Operations Manager for our Overnights team to support our Membership Services Representatives, ensuring exceptional member experiences and leading a high-performing team.

• Manage a hybrid overnight team of 2–3 Team Managers.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams in a time-sensitive environment.
• Coach Team Managers and provide regular feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Deliver exceptional support to WHOOP members.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Integrate AI-powered support tools.
• Conduct training sessions and QA reviews.
• Champion a positive team culture.
• Handle member escalations effectively.

Requirements

• 3+ years as an Operations Manager in a contact centre.
• Experience managing a remote team preferred.
• Passion for leadership and coaching.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in data analysis and Excel/Sheets.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Proven track record in problem-solving.
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
• Available to work in the Limerick office 1 day a week.
