• Support WHOOP members by troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Deliver high-quality service across multiple support channels.
• Advocate for members and share insights to improve processes.

• Work with internal departments to resolve member needs.
• Meet department metrics and KPIs.

Requirements

• Eligibility to live and work in Ireland.
• Availability to work 80% of the time in Limerick office.
• Experience with overnight shifts is preferred.
• Positive attitude and high energy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment.
• Calm and professional while troubleshooting.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
