• Drive and scale WHOOP’s retail marketing initiatives in the DACH region.
• Lead planning, design, execution, and performance analysis of marketing initiatives.
• Manage high-value accounts and foster strong relationships.
• Deliver cohesive marketing strategies to drive sell-through in retail.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to develop impactful campaigns.
• Localise global marketing initiatives for regional relevance.
• Use data to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies.
• Manage budgets and external vendors for high-quality execution.
• Monitor account performance and leverage insights for strategy optimization.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a bonus.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in trade marketing or retail marketing.
• Experience with distributor and third-party retail partner relationships.
• Deep understanding of the DACH region and local market dynamics.
• Proven ability to execute omni-channel campaigns.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel (25%) across the DACH region and Europe.
