• Manage and strengthen relationships with WHOOP athletes and talent.
• Provide day-to-day support for talent and their teams.
• Lead marketing initiatives tied to WHOOP talent and cultural moments.
• Oversee the athlete contract lifecycle.
• Develop compelling narratives and campaigns with content and creative teams.
• Identify partnership opportunities and maintain an event calendar.
• Create tools and processes for improved communication and campaign execution.
• Travel to key events and activations as needed.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sports marketing or talent partnerships.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with talent and representatives.
• Strong understanding of the sports and entertainment landscape.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort with contract structures and negotiations.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to travel for events.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications.
• Commitment to leveraging AI tools in work.
