In Short

• Identify and propose actionable opportunities for brand activation or shopping experience improvements.
• Evaluate past activations and implement data-driven adjustments to future strategies.
• Ensure visual communication materials are installed and maintained at strategic points of sale.
• Design strategies to increase GMV and client frequency at physical stores.
• Plan and execute events, including sponsorships and internal campaigns.
• Recruit, train, and supervise promoters at key points of sale.
• Keep promoters motivated and meeting objectives through effective strategies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing or retail marketing, preferably in fintech.
• Proven success in developing offline campaigns that drive product adoption.
• Ability to craft tailored trade marketing strategies aligned with Addi’s mission.
• Creative mindset for developing innovative activations.
• Strong focus on operational execution and multitasking under tight deadlines.
• Expertise in using insights to inform strategies and measure campaign impact.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and excellent communication skills.
