Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Experience in designing complex distributed systems.
• Ability to define technical roadmaps and lead initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership instincts.
• Experience with multiple programming languages, primarily Python, Elixir, JavaScript.
• Experience with payment systems is a plus.
• Startup experience at a high-growth company is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to mentor and build inclusive teams.
• Willingness to do frontend work when required.
