Software Engineer, Merchant Tooling - Remote

Overview

As a Software Engineer on the Merchant Tooling team, you will design and build large-scale, highly reliable systems that support our largest and most complex customers, enabling them to effectively manage their merchandise and grow their businesses.

• 5+ years of software development experience required.
• Experience with Python, Elixir, and JavaScript is preferred.
• Excellent product instincts and ability to deliver features quickly.
• Flexible work environment in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience building scalable systems.
• Ability to work across the stack (backend and frontend).
• Proven track record of delivering features rapidly.
• Ownership of ambiguous areas and ability to define impact.
• Experience with SQL, dbt, and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Domain driven design experience is a plus.
