In Short

• Lead the Selling team responsible for building the end-to-end experience of listings.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams.

Requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams in high-growth environments.
• Ability to make trade-offs with limited resources.
• Strong technical leadership and hands-on experience.
• Understanding of user experience and system design.
• Comfort with technical debt and product metrics.
• Experience managing competing priorities.
• Substantial hands-on experience in engineering.
