Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in Operations teams.
• Ability to hire at high volumes while maintaining quality.
• Full-stack recruiter with end-to-end process management.
• Strong sourcing skills and relationship-building with candidates.
• Comfortable with ownership and accountability.
• Focus on providing an excellent candidate experience.
• Highly organized and able to balance competing priorities.
• Data-focused approach to recruitment metrics.
• Champion for diversity hiring and inclusive practices.
