Overview

The TA Recruiter will source and recruit candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience while guiding them through the assessment process.

In Short

• Identify and evaluate qualified candidates (Interpreters)
• Schedule and conduct phone screens
• Negotiate competitive rates
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process
• Post and manage job opportunities on job boards
• Maintain relationships with Interpreters and internal clients
• Represent the company at job fairs and industry events
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Typing speed of 30 words per minute
• Solid understanding of ATS and social media platforms
