In Short

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers for worldwide recruitment.
• Manage CV screening and recruitment database.
• Conduct interviews via phone, video call, or face-to-face.
• Research and headhunt passive candidates through various channels.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Manage job openings on our ATS.
• Provide guidance to Hiring Managers on company culture and interviewing techniques.
• Prepare job offers and negotiate with candidates.
• Collaborate with external vendors and provide candidate feedback.
• Participate in company events like job fairs and conferences.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience with technical roles such as Frontend, Backend, DevOps.
• Advanced knowledge of HR Management Systems and Google Workplace Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
