Hire Hangar is seeking a dynamic Internal Recruiter with a solid background in staffing and high-volume recruiting. This role is designed for someone with practical experience at a large staffing firm who has successfully worked with tech clients and can confidently conduct technical interviews. In Short

• Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview scheduling and offer negotiation.
• Effectively handle multiple requisitions and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Conduct technical interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and fit for tech roles.
• Work closely with tech clients and internal hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track progress.
• Contribute to ongoing enhancements in recruitment processes and strategies.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally from a large staffing company.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct technical interviews and assess candidates for tech roles.
• Proven track record of working with tech clients and understanding their unique recruitment needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Must be able to work within Pacific Standard Time hours a few days a week.
