Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of engineering management experience.
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality features.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Passion for building generative AI products is a plus.
• Experience managing remote teams is preferred.
