Overview

As an Onboarding Control Specialist at Wellhub, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient implementation of our engagement process, from sales handover to client launch and CS handover. You will act as a guardian of process quality, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring clients are set up for success.

  • Monitor the onboarding process across different areas.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in onboarding, process control, or quality assurance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proactive mindset focused on results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Data analysis skills (Excel, Sheets).
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
  • A passion for quality and client success.
