Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Representative to our Client Sales Development team in Milan. The Business Development Representative will join as a key member of the expansion team for Italy, responsible for strategically working inbound leads, alongside completing outbound activities, to create value-driven conversations and opportunities validated by our Account Management team.

In Short

  • Research and follow up on new opportunities via the phone and web.
  • Maintain a high volume of activity including video meetings, phone calls, e-mail, social selling, etc.
  • Develop creative and innovative ways to connect with potential clients.
  • Connect quickly within the regional enterprise market to drive business for Wellhub in Italy.
  • Pitch and explain a complex service solution in corporate contexts.
  • Consistently meet monthly validated opportunity quotas.
  • Thrive on change while remaining organized and adaptable.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to execute a solid opportunity validation plan.
  • Live the mission of inspiring and empowering others by caring for wellbeing.

Requirements

  • Aptitude to expand knowledge and skills in sales development.
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic conversationalist with strong communication skills.
  • Metrics-driven self-starter with a positive attitude.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability to change.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
