Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of Windows-based programs, especially Word and Excel.
• Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com.
• Ability to influence personnel from nurses to C-level decision makers.
• Strong analytical skills for sales activity supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to structure sales deals and collaborate with team members.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to understand local market and competitive trends.
