Product Quality Representative - 2nd Shift - Remote

Overview

This role involves providing remote technical support to customers and patients, ensuring a high-quality service experience while driving quality improvements in the process.

In Short

• Provide remote troubleshooting for customer and patient issues.
• Work full-time on a second shift from 1pm to 10pm, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• 1+ years of technical troubleshooting experience in a remote environment.
• Prior experience with remote technical troubleshooting.
• Associates degree or equivalent work experience in IT or related fields.
• Certifications in networking desired (A+, N+, MCP, etc.).
• Excellent computer skills and experience with remote services.
• Experience in healthcare is desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to adjust communication style based on the audience.
• Focus on quality, process, and standardization.
