Product Support Representative - Remote

Overview

The Product Support Representative is responsible for handling customer and Skillsoft employee inquiries through live help, phone, and email, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining a high level of service.

In Short

• Liaise with clients and ensure their needs are met
• Route or answer all incoming communication from customers and clients
• Maintain student database
• Keep up to date on course offerings and recommend course orders
• Familiar with all Skillsoft products
• Maintain workload measurement time sheets
• Attentive to service level agreements

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience
• Competency in written and spoken English
• In-depth understanding of Customer Service tools
• 1+ years experience in Product Support or Customer Service Center
• Good knowledge of Windows Platforms and eCommerce
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of HTML, firewalls, and proxy servers
• Ability to understand and utilize new technologies
• Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
