Director of Home Health - Remote

Overview

The Director of Home Health is responsible for the daily operations and the quality of the Home Health Department, ensuring compliance with laws and standards while promoting the values and mission of WelbeHealth.

In Short

• Organize and direct the ongoing functions of the Home Health Department
• Maintain liaison between the governing body and staff
• Oversee the Home Health quality management system
• Participate in strategic planning for educational and participant care
• Drive proficiency in budgeting and resource planning
• Monitor documentation and planning systems
• Ensure compliance with laws and established policies
• Oversee audit requirements for PACE and Home Care

Requirements

• Must be in California with 40-50% travel
• Registered Nurse (RN) required, BSN preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields preferred
• Master’s Degree preferred
• Minimum seven years of experience in health services administration
• Three years of supervisory experience
• Highly motivated and inspirational leader
