Overview

The Director of Home Care is responsible for the daily operations and the quality of the Home Care Department, ensuring alignment with WelbeHealth's objectives and values.

In Short

• Organize and direct the ongoing functions of the Home Care Department.
• Maintain liaison between the governing body and staff.
• Oversee the Home Care quality management system and multi-site operations.
• Participate in strategic planning for educational and participant care.
• Drive proficiency in budgeting and resource planning.
• Monitor documentation and statistical reporting systems.
• Ensure compliance with laws and established policies.
• Oversee audit requirements for PACE and Home Care.

Requirements

• Must be in California with 40-50% travel.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields preferred.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum seven years of experience in health services administration.
• Three years of supervisory experience.
• Motivational leadership skills.
• Experience in a data-driven organization.
