This role connects Wayside’s educational leadership and instructional integrity with the company’s strategic growth goals, ensuring that professional learning not only supports teachers’ success but also strengthens Wayside’s impact and sustainability.

• Lead a team dedicated to professional learning for educators.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of Professional Learning initiatives.
• Partner with Sales for instructionally led presentations.
• Ensure effective implementation and ongoing success for partner schools.
• Lead outreach initiatives to support all world language teachers.
• Develop a strategic vision that aligns with company objectives.
• Innovate new delivery models for professional learning.
• Evaluate program effectiveness through data and feedback.
• Build systems of communication between departments.
• Perform additional duties as required for organizational success.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Education or related field.
• 10+ years of K–12 teaching or professional learning experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong record of developing high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of adult learning and instructional coaching.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Data-informed mindset to demonstrate impact.
