In Short

  • Lead, train, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
  • Provide regular 1:1 coaching to refine SDRs’ sales techniques.
  • Design and implement outbound prospecting strategies.
  • Target key industries and buyer personas for lead generation.
  • Monitor team performance using KPIs and CRM tools.
  • Identify performance gaps and provide strategic feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve lead quality.
  • Conduct call reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Champion feedback loops to refine sales strategies.
  • Support Wayfair Professional’s growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (required).
  • Proven experience in a BDR, SDR, or sales role with leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated success in managing SDR or BDR teams.
  • Excellent coaching and motivational abilities.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Outreach or SalesLoft.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
