Overview

Demandbase is seeking a Manager, Sales Development to lead and coach a growing team of Sales Development Representatives, focusing on improving processes and driving adoption within prospects and customers.

Requirements

• 2+ years in sales or sales development.
• 1+ years of leadership experience in an SDR team.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales development tools.
• Strong hiring and training abilities.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
