Overview

The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing relationships with top drugstore customers and executing strategies to grow sales and enhance brand visibility.

In Short

  • Develop top drugstore customers through differentiated activities.
  • Engage regularly with customers to build business relationships.
  • Analyze and plan initiatives to grow categories.
  • Lead and coordinate with distributors for sales execution.
  • Ensure stock availability and visibility of products in-store.
  • Facilitate successful new store openings for Unilever brands.
  • Grow categories under business unit assignment.
  • Must have 2-3 years of account management experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and detail-oriented skills required.
  • Willingness to perform heavy fieldwork in assigned areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder.
  • Experience in leading field execution teams.
  • Agile and self-motivated with a growth mindset.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Flexible and action-oriented.
