Overview

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first responder for external customers, tackling technical issues via phone, email, and text while contributing to continuous improvement.

In Short

  • Provide technical support for external users of the Viz app and its infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with customer IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Document, triage, and escalate support cases according to SLAs.
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for application monitoring.
  • Engage internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate product update suggestions based on feedback.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in SaaS technical support and customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills across various channels.
  • Experience with cloud networking, AWS, and mobile applications.
  • Preferred experience in Linux system administration.
  • Knowledge of healthcare integration and medical imaging is a plus.
  • Experience supporting FDA-regulated software is a plus.
  • Ability to use AI tools to enhance productivity.
