Overview

As a Technical Support Specialist at SchoolMint, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving issues, and enhancing the customer experience for our K-12 education technology solutions.

In Short

  • Research and resolve customer issues via email, ticket support, and live chat.
  • Validate and confirm application behavior for customer concerns.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate tier.
  • Document and report issues and feedback to the internal team.
  • Implement creative solutions for customer inquiries.
  • Participate in testing new products and provide feedback.
  • Consult with customers on workflow best practices.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on resolved issues.
  • Identify areas for process enhancement.
  • Maximize customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of technical support experience, preferably in Software/SaaS.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a remote working environment.
  • Fluency in English for communication and technical writing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
  • Interest in data and technology, especially in education technology.
