Overview

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for serving as a trusted advisor to clients, optimizing the use of Viz.ai technology in healthcare systems, and driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Customer Success, Sales, or Marketing in healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of US healthcare systems.
  • Proven track record of customer relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with AI tools in workflow.
  • Willingness to travel 40-50% of the time.
