Overview

The HR Business Partner position carries out responsibilities across a broad range of both strategic and administrative HR related functions, ensuring effective communication between HR team members, leadership, and staff.

Requirements

• Required: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• Required: Minimum of 3 years of HR or relevant experience.
• Preferred: HRCI-PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP credentials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Detail-oriented with time management capabilities.
