Overview

As a Client Success Manager at Vida, you will play an integral role in understanding the needs and priorities of Vida’s clients, ensuring client satisfaction and success throughout the client journey.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management or customer success.
• Bachelor’s Degree at minimum.
• PBM experience preferred.
• Familiarity with the healthcare landscape.
• Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client priorities.
• Self-starter with ownership mentality.
• Organized and a team player.
• Proficient in web and mobile technologies, PowerPoint, and Excel.
