Overview

The Client Success resource will report to Experian Health, focusing on maximizing client satisfaction and value by analyzing client data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing initiatives to optimize the client success process.

In Short

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to improve client retention, engagement, and expansion.
  • Use customer data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Build relationships with main client partners, addressing concerns and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Identify process improvements within the client success function.
  • Track client success metrics and report on progress to senior management.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development for a seamless customer experience.
  • Available for 25-50% travel.
  • HFMA CRCR certification required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7+ years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle with emphasis on Patient Access.

Requirements

  • 7+ years' Epic EMR Patient Access workflows and RTE interface experience.
  • Provider based background.
  • 5+ years experience with Healthcare Project Management.
  • 4+ years experience with Salesforce.com.
