This role involves managing and growing Versa's business through Tier 2 Service Providers in the NEMEA region, requiring a strong background in networking and sales.

In Short

  • Manage & grow Versa business through Tier 2 Service Providers.
  • Recruit and enable new Tier 2 Service Providers.
  • Build relationships with enterprise/channel sales teams.
  • Drive preference for Versa as the preferred partner.
  • Develop strategic business plans with Service Providers.
  • Support enterprise sales teams in client meetings.
  • Own responsibility for sales funnel and quota achievement.
  • Provide continuous education and training to partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision makers.
  • Manage partner pricing and negotiations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or sales management.
  • 5+ years of high tech sales experience.
  • Experience with Tier 2 SP/MSP channels in NEMEA.
  • Strong technical background.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently.
  • Proven ability to overcome barriers in sales.
  • Experience in creating collaborative teams.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
