Overview

Vercel is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance the experience of our Enterprise customers by managing their accounts and driving business value through our solutions.

• Manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B / SaaS.
• Experience in post-sales for Developer Tools and Infrastructure.
• Manage relationships from developers to C-suite.
• Strong collaboration and remote work capabilities.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and SDLC.
• Comfortable managing diverse account requirements.
• Self-starter with a solution-focused mindset.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn technical concepts.
