Overview

Vercel is seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance the experience of our Enterprise customers by managing their accounts and driving business value through our solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years in B2B / SaaS.
• Experience in post-sales for Developer Tools or Infrastructure.
• Manage Enterprise accounts and relationships.
• Strong collaboration and remote work capabilities.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and SDLC.
• Comfortable with diverse account requirements.
• Self-starter with a solution-focused mindset.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
